All payments are due upon receipt and are required before embroidery can begin. Our pricing is structured in tiers, with discounts increasing as order quantities go up. The discount is on the MSRP price of the products, and in addition to the per-unit cost, there is an embroidery fee of $5.75 per item, and shipping fee of $1 per item. Custom order discounts are applied based on the total number of units within a single order, as outlined in the pricing information below:

Pricing Tiers — % off retail price:

- 12-25 units: 7.5% off retail

- 26-40 units: 10% off retail

- 41-55 units: 12.5% off retail

- 56-70 units: 15% off retail

- 71-85 units: 17.5% off retail

- 86-100 units: 20% off retail

- 101+ units: 22.5% off retail

Per-unit fees:

- Embroidery fee: $5.75 per logo, per unit

- Shipping: $1.00 per unit

*Sales tax is applied to the final invoice once generated, unless tax-exempt documentation is provided prior to invoicing.
